Looking for a web hosting platform... any suggestions?

I just bought the macpcharmony.com domain name, and I'm wondering if any of you are familiar with web hosting?  I did a quick search on the topic, and I found a lot of services, but I don't know which one to pick.

If you have any recommendations on web hosting or even domain names,  shoot me a message or even an affiliate link via comment :)

Just link the domain to this blog. Let blogspot handle it. That's what I do with vote-sanchez.com

When I had my own podcast going I actually went through GoDaddy, great service but shitty user controls on their main site. Everything was easy to setup though. Then I avoided their user portal like the plague for 3 years until I needed to add something else.

a brilliant idea i must admit. Well, i know some but it's better to search in your own country, i suppose.

I got nothing, sorry bro. Gratz on the new domain though.

You can actually add that domain name direct to blogger by changing the cname and @ records. So when they type the link, it shows up your blogger.

Themeforest.net is also another good site.

I've used webs.com several times in the past, they are pretty good. They have a free version and you can pay for more features. There's also plenty of all-free ones.

cool, are you familiar with making sites? their are millions of hosts out there, you need to make sure they support what you want to do, like if your going to use a CMS like joomla to make your site, they need to have it host side, I think godaddy is your best bet,
